  1. I admit … I didn’t look at all of them. (Maybe later.) However, I REALLY thought the one about Trump (“Imagine being so stupid …”) was spot-on!

It just blows my mind that there are so many people who can’t see him for what he is. But I guess that’s the power of propaganda. People eat it up everyday via TV commercials.

    1. Hi Nan. Oh I agree. But that was only one day’s worth. I already set up over 35 pages to go through for new ones for tomorrow. I would have done more of them today but I had my allergy shots, and Ron wants us to go out first thing in the morning to grocery shop before the seasonal people get out and about.

They are impossible to deal with. Today I tried to get through an intersection following a car with a Penn plate. 8 miles an hour with the light that went from green to yellow and then red before both of us got through the light. Then they sped up, I was hopeful as we were on a three lane road. They sped up to 13 miles an hour. I was spitting poison by that point. Yes, my car has a turbo and powerful engine and I went out around them. But that is what we who live here year round face when people from the sparely populated Midwest come for the season. They drive like 35 miles an hour is the limit of human existence, they won’t pull out to cross a street.

At the end of the road our park is off of the county put a large pull into area on a two lane each way divided road. The idea is that you get a break on the first side you move across to the other side. Then move into traffic. The other day I went out to get something. I was second in line, there eventually were 7 cars behind me. We spent nearly 15 minutes waiting for the guy in the first car spot to move across to the middle space. They refused to move until it was clear both ways. People were blowing their horns and revving their engines. Finally, I simply went around the person. As did many behind me. These people come down here and simply are not use to dealing with traffic we have, so they freeze. Which makes those of us that live here dislike them greatly. Hugs. Scottie

      1. Well, you’d be happy driving here, then, Scottie! People drive at least 80 MPH wherever they are, and flip the bird at those who don’t (I don’t; I refuse. I do the posted speed limit, except for 30 minutes after school if I must be driving at all then. Anyway.) If it’s raining or snowing, they up it to 90. I cannot explain it.

        1. Hi Ali. Not quite the way I drive. I drive with the flow of traffic, but here during season you have people that will drive 34 miles an hour no matter the speed limits. If it is a 50 mph or a 75 mile an hour, they won’t do it. Plus they get on two lane roads and I was always taught the left lane was for faster traffic, nope they will stay in that left lane doing 20 mph below the speed limit. And they won’t pull out at an intersection if it doesn’t have a light. On I-75 which has a 70 mph you find season people driving 50 or 60 miles per hour, and yes sometimes in the far left lane. For me safe driving also means not causing problems. These are retired people from mostly rural areas where things are not so congested and are slower going. Boy they would simply die and give up if they had to drive in West Palm Beach on five lane city roads that sometimes the lane simply goes away and everyone is driving like there is a fire breathing dragon on their ass. One advantage I have is a smaller very powerful car with a turbo, when I want it to move, I have to be careful how much pressure to put on the pedal as the low end torque and the turbo will spin tires and jump. She is fast and responsive with wide road gripping tires. Hugs Ali.

          1. Yeah, not doing the speed limit in the left lane is just wrong. I don’t drive like that! Flow of traffic is always appropriate. And I almost always pull out at intersections, it’s stupid not to! SMH. I try not to drive after school at all, though, until after 5PM, just because there are kids everywhere, and other drivers don’t care.

It sounds like you have a fun car!

    1. Hi Jill. Thank you. I will keep trying to do them. The fun thing about memes and cartoons along with the other stuff is people can move over what they don’t like, enjoy that which they do, snag some stuff for their own posts, just like a buffet people can take what they want and simply ignore the rest. Hugs, Scottie
