One of the anti-trans haters go to things is that the European countries are reversing themselves on pro-trans beliefs. It is all selective misinformation and ideologically driven attempts to deny the progress in medical science / understanding over nearly 50 years. Their goal is to roll society back to when the LGBTQ+ had no representation nor equality. It is entirely to create the idea that trans kids / people and their best medical practice is wrong and shouldn’t be. But this article again shows they are incorrect. Just so those who are denying the progressive trend for trans rights in the European countries, a quote is below. Hugs. Scottie
Elias Fjellander, chairman of the organization’s youth branch, said it would make life better for its members. “Going forward, we are pushing to strengthen gender-affirming care, to introduce a third legal gender and to ban conversion attempts,” Fjellander said in a statement.
Last Friday, German lawmakers approved similar legislation, making it easier for transgender, intersex and nonbinary people to change their name and gender in official records directly at registry offices.

Updated 12:17 PM EDT, April 17, 2024COPENHAGEN, Denmark (AP) — The Swedish parliament passed a law Wednesday lowering the age required for people to legally change their gender from 18 to 16. Those under 18 still need approval from a guardian, a doctor and the National Board of Health and Welfare.
No longer required is a gender dysphoria diagnosis, defined by medical professionals as psychological distress experienced by those whose gender expression does not match their gender identity.
Sweden joins a number of countries with similar laws including Denmark, Norway, Finland and Spain.
The vote in Sweden passed 234-94 with 21 lawmakers absent, following a debate that lasted for nearly six hours.
Sweden Democrats, the populist party with far-right roots that supports the government in parliament but is not part of the government, opposed the law.
Jimmie Akesson, leader of the Sweden Democrats, told reporters it was “deplorable that a proposal that clearly lacks the support of the population is so lightly voted through.”
But Johan Hultberg with the Moderates of Sweden’s conservative prime minister, Ulf Kristersson, called the outcome “gratifying.” Hultberg called it “a cautious but important reform for a vulnerable group. I’m glad we’re done with it.”
Kristersson’s center-right coalition had been split on the issue, with the Moderates and the Liberals largely supporting the law while the small Christian Democrats were against it.
Elias Fjellander, chairman of the organization’s youth branch, said it would make life better for its members. “Going forward, we are pushing to strengthen gender-affirming care, to introduce a third legal gender and to ban conversion attempts,” Fjellander said in a statement.

In the U.K., the Scottish parliament in 2022 passed a bill allowing people aged 16 or older to change their gender designation on identity documents by self-declaration. It was vetoed by the British government, a decision that Scotland’s highest civil court upheld in December. The legislation set Scotland apart from the rest of the U.K., where the minimum age is 18 and a medical diagnosis is required.
Scottie, external appearances can change. Genetic construction cannot.

Hi Ragnarsbhut. What genetic construction are you talking about? Remember I have posted this extensively from biologists who clearly show that the chemical soup markers, switches, hormone factors show that no one is completely male or completely female. We are a sliding scale. I have posted about the mother of three children who had to have her DNA and chemical markers tested and found out she was ranking high in some male categories. So just because it dangles doesn’t mean anything, other than you get to pee standing up. It doesn’t make you male. Just because you can give birth doesn’t make you a female. Hugs. Scottie

Scottie, my age is unimportant.
LikeLike
Ragnarsbhut. Yes it is important. I am trying to figure out if you are a child, a bored teen misinformed by ignorant parents, or an old person too bitter about their life that you desperately need others to blame? So which is it. You seem to have the mind of a child, or someone who parrots things they are told by the adults around them. You never seem to think for yourself. Not only that, but you always want videos rather than read. You forget what was said a few replies back and repeat the same things over and over again. It could be you’re an older adult who drinks so forgets what they wrote? So yes who you are, how old you are is important.
A bored little kid
A lonely teen
A middle aged person who is bitter and drinks maybe too much
An older person who can not accept the changes in the world and wants things back to when they were happy and understood the society better

Ragnarsbhut. Stop dancing around and answer the question. You have abused my good nature far too long. Start answering simple questions or simply stop commenting. You have become repetitive and boring.
How old are you? It is not a state secret. Trust me I had a red passport I know state secrets, your age is not one. What state are you in? Do you belong to a political party? What is your background?
Look I have put myself out there and you come here. After a few years it is reasonable I can expect the same courtesy from you. You seem to now be very shy.
Answer the questions I ask please … or we have to assume you have an agenda of not wanting the truth. Hugs. Scottie

Scottie, I am an adult by legal definition. As far as whether or not I want truth, it depends on the honesty of the person who conveys it. If I said I enjoy coffee, to pick one example, that is truth.

Ragnarsbhut. Why so scared to simply say your age. Seems sketchy to me. Why should I not think you are a bot just repeating conspiracy shit over and over and over again without ever bothering to read the replies. I asked you questions and so far you dodge. That ends here. Answer the questions I ask, or stop commenting. Hugs. Scottie

Scottie, I think I was about 10. It was so long ago and I was still at the elementary school level of learning, about the middle of the 5th grade. At the time of the proverbial last straw, I got into a fist fight with a boy who threw the first punch and that was when I decided I had enough and hit him back hard enouh to give him the message that the abuse would not be tolerated any further. What made matters worse was being in judgement by the principal and not being allowed to make my case for my innocence. According to the teacher at the time, the principal was told. That was clearly a lie because he indicated that he never knew. When my parents heard about it and came to get me, they said I would be leaving and never returning.

Hi Ragnarshbut. Again bullying for any reason is wrong, that is why anti-bullying programs are so important. You know the programs in schools that teach tolerance and acceptance, the very programs red state republicans are doing their best to remove from schools.
I take it you were in a southern state at the time. I do wonder why the kid or kids bullied you? But your parents had enough, so it seems it was going on for a while.
So the important thing really is who then taught you. Who continued your education? You said earlier you were homeschooled. Were you alone in your homeschooling environment? Hugs. Scottie

So Ragnarsbhut, you did not have a formal teacher? No formal set routine to follow for schooling? What about text books? That was the time of the big fundamentalist Christian push for highly religious and factually incorrect homeschooling programs. Did your parents use any of them? And was it you alone or did you have other kids schooling with you. Maybe siblings? Hugs. Scottie

Scottie, I did not have a formal teacher. I did have more freedom to help structure the curriculum and other post-schooling academic interests.

Hi Ragnarsbhut. Sorry but I am still not understanding. You say you had freedom to pick the curriculum, but no 10 yr old knows enough to educate themselves or what to study to pass the GED or get a diploma. Again what about text books? What was a school day structure like for you. You say you did not have a formal teacher but some adult must have been there and set up your schedule. It shouldn’t be hard for you to tell me what your normal school day was like or involved. Hugs. Scottie

Scottie, both my parents helped. When I say that I did not have a formal teacher, I mean that in the sense that they both helped in their own way, however, I was also allowed some semblance of influence in terms of the structured curriculum. So there was a degree of structure, however, post-academic learning pursuits were mine to determine.

Hello Ragnarsbhut. You surely must realize how vague your answer is. Yes your parents both helped but that could mean they got you up or made you breakfast. It really doesn’t help me understand a daily school day for you. Please describe a normal school day for me. What time you would start, what the curriculum was, schedule of study, and your testing. Also are you autistic by any chance? You never answered why you were being bullied. Hugs. Scottie

Scottie, there was textbook learning, as is the case with regular schooling. Having said that, I had some influence in the curriculum.

Ragnarsbhut. Stop the bullshit. This is why people stop talking to you. Why act like your schooling is a state secret. You act like a bot not a person. You had some influence in the curriculum means what, that you got to choose what instruments you played, or what book to do a book report on.
One last time dude and then I just stop talking to you. Please describe a normal school day for me. What time you would start, what the curriculum was, schedule of study, and your testing. What was the goal you were studying for. You claim you are in your 30s, why act like a 10 yr old? Do you even have a GED?
I am not going to keep dancing with you on stuff, answer the questions like an adult. Or I will have to make a negative judgment on your education level. Scottie

Scottie, it consisted of a standard curriculum similar to a regular school day. The only difference is I was allowed to have some degree of influence in the general subject matter and it was a tag team approach.

Ragnarsbhut. Better response but not good. Listen even in public school kids have a say in the curriculum, especially once in Jr and Sr high. Why are you acting this way. Surely you don’t need a video to tell you how to share your school day?
Lets try this again, tell me you typical school day. What room did you do it in? What subjects did you do and did you always do them in a set order? was your schooling every week day or once a week, or just on weekends? Do you have a GED?
There are many stories from that period of kids taken out of schools by religious parents who did not bother to teach their kids much because they were sure Jesus would return any time now or the rapture was going to happen. That sadly left those kids as older teens / young adults with no education, because Jesus did not come to get them. I hope you were not one of those children.
If you can’t answer these questions then I will have to assume you were pulled out of school, got no further education, and learn everything you know from right wing media and Fundamental religious shows.
Ragnarsbhut. I don’t want to do that, I hate to do that. So stop playing games. Answer the questions please. Again this is not to hurt you, it is to try to understand you. Hugs. Scottie

Hello Ragnarsbhut. So did you lived in Florida. Of course if so you must have lived in a really populated place as we see alligators here in our own back yard or walking down our street. Incredible that their evolution is such they have survived millions of years unchanging like sharks. Nature often gets to the point where if it works it can stop evolving.
I am glad you got a lot of subjects in your curriculum, that is good for understanding the world. That is good. Still you are secretive about your schooling and it makes no sense.
Please stop the games. You were ten which should have been about 4th grade. If so you had 8 more years of schooling to go through. So you must have had a routine for daily schooling. That is what I am asking you for. Your daily school routine.
What did your parents do for a living please. Did both work? Did only one of your parents work? Thanks. Your answers help me understand you better. Hugs. Scottie

Hello Ragnarsbhut. What is your problem! I am getting tired of your secret agent act. Where you lived is no state secret to keep hidden, your home schooling is no state secret to keep hidden, you are not that fucking important to need such secrecy … unless you really have stuff to hide. All you needed to say way southern Georgia or Alabama, even Mississippi but I might understand why you wouldn’t want to admit that. But again the only reason to hide it is if you are a criminal with a bad background? Not being who you say you are but some kind of bot? See it makes you look really weird. Was this why you were picked on as a kid? Are you mentally handicapped or challenged? Are you a low functioning autistic? What is your deal. If I don’t soon start getting answers that make sense from you on these things we will have to stop talking to each other because I am simply getting tired of having to keep asking the same things over and over and over again. Hi Ragnar. YEs covid did mess up a lot of companies, it even destroyed the economy of entire countries. It ruined a lot of lower income people who did not have the savings or the big loans that did not have to be paid back that the wealthy companies and wealthy people got. The average person got two one time larger payments over a 1,000 dollars spread out over a year, and one smaller one. Tells you who the government / republicans were working / looking out for.
But I was really asking what your folks did when you were ten and taken out of school? So were your folks realtors or brokers? Hugs. Scottie
