I Believe This Says It All

I’ve said this before, but I am more than willing to do so again: For those of you who, like me, are in the often painful position to hire and fire employees, please ask yourself this simple question: Would I hire this man to work in my business?

Let’s think on this:

He has bankrupted numerous businesses, so definitely wouldn’t have him as a C-level employee.

He has repeatedly been sued for refusal to pay for his contractors and other debts.

He has been held liable for fraud.

He has been held liable for stealing from the Children’s Cancer Charity he operated.

He has been held liable for sexually assaulting someone.

He has shown himself to be unrepentantly untruthful.

He creates division. Everywhere.

I would not hire him. Why would I want him in the highest position in the land?

Hugs;

Randy

  1. Why leaders of state, are not engaged based on their ability to perform is beyond me.

    Anyone who exhibited such behaviour would have been out the door before their feet touched the ground within the first few weeks of their employment.

    1. Hi Ark. I agree with you. I recall my mother remarking about JFK being “so cute” and that was why she voted for him. I admit, I know very little about JFK, but I’m thinking “cute” is the least of the qualifications I would be looking for in a president. But, that is the human nature of things. Well educated, good leadership skills, good listening skills, inclusive, fosters trust, competency…these are the skills I want. Lately it’s more ‘doesn’t piss off corporate America, likes guns.

      1. Hi Randy. You wrote: “Well educated, good leadership skills, good listening skills, inclusive, fosters trust, competency…these are the skills I want.” That is because you are a person who values those traits and wants to be the best manager you can. The fact is the cult of tRump do not see any value in those traits. They want to flaunt their crude, rude, ignorant behavior and suffer no consequence for it while being praised by those like them. It is the reason why in the 1980s the Republican Party started trying to destroy the public education system in the US. They want a desperate uneducated public labor force that understands just enough to follow orders and do as instructed without complaint or having a system to help better themselves or making changes to their status. 2. Hi Ark. tRump and his people are especially egregious about flaunting rules and laws, violating all norms of the presidential office. They are nothing but gang thugs, tRump hung around mob people that wanted to use him and he wanted to be like the mob bosses. He modeled his way after them, but he is too stupid to do it correctly. He comes across as a buffoon. But the saddest part and the part that answers your question, his core supporters are just like him, act like him, wanted to be able to be rude, crude, racist bigoted at work along with in daily life and not get called on it. Not facing consequences for their actions. tRump gets away with what they want to get away with. And those core supporters are violent, angry, and very loud. They threaten everyone and are driven. They are a cult. They are trashy people. Because of that people are afraid of them, politicians in the former Republican Party are afraid of being primaried and replaced by core cult supporters. More unqualified idiots have been elected since tRump because being stupid and loud about pushing their dumbness is what pleases tRump. Hugs. Scottie
