That was my first thought when I heard this too. I also wondered if maybe this was really a terrorist attack on Lebanon, rather than an Israeli attack against Hamas. 🤷♀️

Hi Janet. Your point is very valid. This is an attack against a sovereign nation with impunity. It would be like when tRump wanted to just bomb drug targets in Mexico without permission from the Mexican government. Or if Mexico attacked Texas over border issues or gun trafficking. The reason that Israel gets away with attacking other countries is the US protects them. They attack Iran, killing Iranian scientists but when Iran tries to attack Israel back the US steps in and blocks them. We are the big brother letting bratty little brother be a jerk to others and they can not retaliate. Hugs. Scottie
