Hi Nan. Getting caught up with the comments I saved… As you know I love them but my health, the issues in the house, and trying to help my 70 year old spouse out more tends to keep me offline and responding. Thank you for the comment.
We all know what tRump is doing. He is on a revenge tour and he feels he is now king and acting like it. He feels the need to brag and be the center of attention while not actually doing anything to help anyone but his wealthy cronies.
I hope all is well for you and your husband. These are trying times and I feel all rights are threatened. The tRump Ice just arrested and detained with no charges a green card holder, a person legally in the country because they did not like what he was saying. He was leading a pro Palestine demonstration, and they showed up and snatched him. No legal authority, no warrant, only the government using its power against people they don’t like. Scary times. For people like me that constantly points out the wrongs of this government … chilling. Hugs

Things are fine in our household. In fact, the other half, who is a staunch Republican, has actually agreed that Trump is an a-hole!
I know times are trying for you guys, but hang in there. It -HAS- to get better!

Hi Nan. I am really glad things are smoother in your house. If you want to hear about our new roof $17,000.00 leaking like a strainer or the new agreement to remodel to move me from this little dark room into the big all windows family room, then the bathrooms having to be torn up to fix a leak from the kitchen sink to the now must do remodel project on the two bathrooms.
Just shoot me an email and I will gladly go over it with you. I have so many pictures. I know you are Ron and my ages give or take some, and it is interesting at this point in our lives to again be moving walls and tearing up all the floors to rearrange plumbing. I wonder if it will be done in my lifetime. Hugs.

Hi Nan. Congratulations! I am glad you are well. I hope your husband is also doing well.
Yesterday I turned 62. When I was in my late teens to early 20s I had myself convinced that I wouldn’t live passed 34. Why that age I don’t know. But I was sure I would die in my 34th year. Yet I kept going and kept going and so on. The house thing is a real issue because as we are finially in a possition to start rebuilding from Ian and remodel the family room, moving me from the spare bedroom giving us a spare bedroom again while also putting me back in a well lighted sunny room with the ability to see everything going on outside. When Ron moved me back in here we forgot why he built the front room to move me out of here the first time. Dark small rooms with no way to see out causes me to go into depressions. We had bought the flooring and Ron had run the electric … and the huge leak under the house. I will spare you the rest, but I will soon make a post about it. So you will see the issues the rebuilding, and all the hopes / plans for the future. Hugs
