    1. Hello Ali. Yes it is. I wrote a reply yesterday but hit the wrong key and wiped it out. There are a few pipes that have to be adjusted a bit, shortened or such. But once the floor goes down it will move fast. Ron can build a wall in a day. The problem is watching the money flow. The price of everything is going to jump bad. When we built the first two bathrooms the tall longer bowl new toilets were about 109 dollars. I just priced them. They are well over 200 dollars. Plywood, 2x4s, and other supplies have jumped again due to tariffs. Just for the flooring in the large family room I will be moving into cost us 1,100 dollars. We are just lucky Ron has done a lot of construction and can do the work. If anything happened to him I would be so screwed. Hugs
