The moment Musk was brought in by Trump you could read the script before it was typed out on the news feed.
Like watching a Shakespearean tragedy. You know it’s going to end up unhappily, only in this case you can’t admire the use of poetic language.

Hi Roger. Your childhood comment ‘Tell me news. Not history’ seems like what is happening today. Far too many of the US population have no idea what our history is or what other countries histories were. But they are unable to accept the stuff going on and don’t have a historic view of what is going on means. They are clueless on both sides I think. The maga cult people willing to attack any their dear leader says is the current enemy, or the people on the left who are far too busy in their life to deal with what the government is doing. Hugs

Blind acceptance by the Right and The Left leads to folly and rather ironic conclusions.
When Russia invaded the Ukraine one section of the Left in the UK was quick to find excuses for Russia (just like MAGA did).
And now they are on the same side of the fence as Trump.
Laugh?….I never thought I would start.

yep. It was obvious who was in charge, and who would be pulling the marionette strings. And puppets don’t talk, they have someone to do that for them. I never thought i’d see something like this, and I hope to god I live long enough to see it end.

Hi Judy. Musk managed to damage the government so badly it will take decades to repair and did not save the government any real money. The government is not a business, it shouldn’t be for profit. Government is to serve the common good, serve the public, do for the people. But Musk raided the government for the data on every person, sensitive government contracts he wanted, and managed to kill existing contracts so he could take over supplying what ever the contract was for. So yes he got richer while making things worse for everyone else. Hugs
