Hi Bruce. I like real degenerates but it is hard to find them. 😀 But I am not sure what you mean by AI slop? Do you mean that the drawings are done by AI or that the idea of alligators eating people is slop? I live in South Florida, I am not even near the everglades where that concentration camp is. We have alligators in our backyard sometimes, and they live in all the ponds around here. We have several ponds like two streets over and both have alligators in them. I saw one big one walk right down our street in front of the house. No way I would want to be where they are being held. If they don’t have really good protections. Some of the snakes are more dangerous than the alligators, but yes we have alligator deaths frequently here in Florida. Hugs

I was talking about this one…not the very real alligators (my late MIL lived in Ft Meyers and we saw gators there when we visited)
AS AI becomes better at making entirely imaginary ‘real videos’ like this I feel we’re much closer to the world of “The Matrix” or even “They Live” than feels comfortable.
We’re already living in a world where this ‘alternate reality’ is close enough to real reality to be used in pernicious propaganda much more effectively.
And this ‘feel good’ “shark rescue” thing (or maybe two shark rescue, since it apparently features two different sharks; the skin changes from whale shark pattern to plain gray partway through) still has enough hallucinated elements (underwater circular saws? pressure washers? ) is clearly fiction; it’s still an order of magnitude better than it was just a year or so ago. (Everyone has five fingers and only two arms!)
In a year, maybe less, it will be much more than possible for a grainy surveillance video showing a democratic politician getting a shady payoff in a hotel room somewhere; used in a DOJ trial. A literal show trial.

Hi Bruce. Fort Myers is close to where I live, I live in North Fort Myers. I understand what you are saying about reality and made up stuff. I will be honest I thought the shark was far too still in the entire video. I thought sharks needed to be moving to breathe. But I did not pay much attention. I see in the comments that several other people said it was AI. I don’t know what we are going to do to stop the AI stuff because already some republicans have faked misleading pictures of their democratic opponents or created photos of themselves with supporters whoa re not real, like tRump and black people. However if you want to see a video on how some cool videos / images can be made check out the link below. I know there are sites you can go to and submit a picture to have it verified, I guess we need something like that for AI videos. Hugs
