  1. I have had cats around me in varying numbers for most of my life. Unlike dogs, who tend to wag and pant and drool and shed, cats often Know Stuff. I’ve had at least two who could tell time, and all of them had other cat buddies. it is one of the most amazing things to see a cat react to you when you’re sick, or injured. They KNOW.

    1. Hi Judy. That is true. My worry is Tupac’s health. He is old, we rescued him and took him in knowing he had health problems. But they have gotten worse. At first it was that he couldn’t poop properely and he needed special thyroid cream as well. But now he has become incontinent, and the vet wants to do a kidney workup. He tries to do it in the box but he dribbles all the way or it just gushes out. Especially when he sleeps. He pees during his sleep now. That is why everything he lies on has plenty of towels on it. I won’t have him put down until he no longer enjoys life and right now he does. The other thing is Tupac is Ron’s baby, even though he bonded with me. Ron was the one who fought for him, named him, and made his life as good as possible. Ron tries to pay attention to his needs but the cat comes to me first or lies on my desk and sleeps against me at night. I know it hurts Ron but I just have that way with animals. They know I am damaged I guess so pay attention to me. Hugs
