It’s on the back burner, the diagnosis.
Youtube knows I’m interested, though – sometimes the algorithm is not hostile. It has served up suggestions for dealing with some effects (like focus) and I get YT shorts from a therapist who recently posted a question about caffeine – do different forms or temperatures affect his ADHD listeners differently? So I’m experimenting with that.
I guess I’m stalling. I have the number and I really should call before I lose it. It’ll be another month before I’m scheduled to see my regular Dr. He should have an MRI to look at by then. I hope it doesn’t change everything.
Anyway – today I’ve been trying half a Monster for the caffeine. I think I’ll be getting to sleep on time tonight. We’ll see how that goes.

Hi Barry. I agree. I just don’t understand how people wealthy enough not to need to ever work debasing themselves to such an extent as to openly toady to such a loathsome creature as trump. And how maga(ots) can see tRump as the alpha strongman and super smart genius is far beyond anything I can understand. Best wishes.
