The McMinn County School board in Tennessee has pulled the book from the eighth-grade curriculum because they believe either eighth-graders are too young to learn about the Holocaust, they want to protect Nazis because 60 percent of the country are Trumpers, or they’re all cat people.

  1. Hi, Scottie—

I’ve been hearing about Scottie’s Toy Box for some time, and I’m now pleased to be signed on to your new iteration. As I blog twice a week, I’m amazed to see all the stuff you post in a single day.

    1. Hello Annie. Welcome to the newest version of where I put my thoughts and outrages, the news I wish to share, and the things I wish were. Or as I call it my playtime. I use to call it my toybox as it was were I kept so many of my favorite toys, but things change. As to how much I post that varies greatly. Some days I post a lot, some days I post only a couple things. You caught me on a good day. Best wishes.
