    1. Hello Nan. Only if they did not poop their pants and run away to hide. Did you see the civilian guard in one of the bombing clips? Right after the bomb went off they ran outside and went to check the bodies and people. They could have stayed safe inside, but they raced outside to help others. I seriously doubt our militia cosplayers would be real fighters. These were people that thought it was too inconvenient to wear a cloth across their mouth to save other people’s lives.
