Hello Roger. What we are missing here and it is going to be a big issue in a couple years is the border patrol has become entrenched and has refused to change their policies even when the administration has changed. The majority of border agents are very anti-immigrants and racist. Ice is a rouge agency now, simply doing what they want regardless of authority or policy. Many groups need to keep the information in the public eye on how the US treats the most vulnerable children. Hugs

My alarm bells were raised when watching a border patrol officer (of what rank I do not know) haranguing recruits as if he was indulging in Marine Gunnery Sergeant fantasy…I’m thinking ‘Seriously? These recruits are not going face to face with Islamic insurgents or cross-border raids against drug cartels. Grow up fellah,’
Mind you, our ‘border patrol’….that being the sea has questions asked about its treatment if refugees.
