Trump is obese, demented and sadly from a family that is apparently mostly long lived. I hope all the stress of losing the election in 2020 had an effect on him. Stress is a risk factor for many illnesses.

Not so much mental illness as insecurity so bad that he HAS to say things like this to get the feedback he wants and needs. Consider the crowd … he could say pretty much of ANYTHING (and he has … remember 5th Ave) and his fans will respond with “adoration.”
