So cool!
I read a couple of days ago that the first recorded labor strike took place on November 23, 1170 BCE; https://nvdatabase.swarthmore.edu/content/egyptian-laborers-strike-pay-1170-bce, and http://www.peacebuttons.info/E-News/peacehistorynovember.htm#november251947 ; scroll back a couple of days.

Hello Ali. I love that the workers stood up for their needs. But what choice did they have, they worked for food, and the food was not there. Thanks for the link. I think we are seeing a workers uprising today in the US. No other advanced country treats the workers and the public the way they are treated in the US. We have fallen so far behind the rest of the world as the wealthy has bought the US government to make more profit to by even more of the country, in the end making workers and the public slave laborers struggling for survival in a system designed by the wealthy to do their bidding to make them own everything. It doesn’t have to be this way but the best con ever pulled on the public was that anything for the public was evil and everything for the wealthy was great / good, while also making sure the people never looked at what other countries did for their public by claiming the US and our ways were always the best. USA is #1, US exceptionalism. Hugs
