Hi Suze. Unfortunately you are correct. It is incredible that a country that still has not dealt with our racist past is willing to help Israel commit genocide and land grab. I can not help but wonder if it is due to profit / wealth / money being king in the US. It is well known that any person on capital hill who comes out against anything Israel does to the Palestinians, the big money Israeli lobby will come out hard with lots of campaign cash against them. This has been a long known threat to US democracy, all the way back to the Obama administration. I am watching a show now that shows how Israel went around the US president to sympathizers in the US congress / other high ranking positions to stop any push back on what they were doing with settlements / to the Palestinians.
