So seriously this woman was a business person who came back to the US on her visa, but ICE used that to snatcher her. As the host of the channel says ICE is using anyone on a green card which means is here legally to snatch to drive their numbers up. Seems ICE is looking for terrorist at the US airports …for valid visa holders or green card holders to then snatch and deport. Again to say we got this many this weekly terrorists … ??

Last week when in more than usual snarky old geezer mood, I said to myself ‘I would no more recommend a person travelling to the USA than I would to Iran or Russia’.
Turns out my grumbling was more accurate than anticipated.

Hi Roger. Yes sadly many countries are now advising people to stay away from the US. Here in Florida tourism is way down, the Canadians are selling their winter homes. People don’t like what the US is doing and Canadians don’t like being disrespected. Hugs

For years I got into arguments with UK By-The-Book Left Wingers who would knee jerk that everything about America and all Americans included, and the defended the USA as a whole on the basis that you couldn’t criticise the US unless you did the same to Russia, China and many other nations.
As from January I can no longer do that, on the basis that under this vile administration the USA is now slipping right down the bottom.
When we say take care, we mean it.

This is simply insane, and you can bet your bottom dollar there are a few genuine terrorists and or criminals that are laughing their arses off over tales like this as they march through customs and other security check points with absolute impunity..🤦

Hi Ark. Great to hear from you again. Yes it is stupid and an attempt to create a cis straight white Christian male dominated ethnostate. You would think they would have learned by now that that doesn’t work. These tRump people, the ones in his cabinet are desperate to roll back all progress to 1950 or 1850 for those that think women shouldn’t have the right to vote. As you say, they are creating fake threats while the real ones go unchallenged. We have such turmoil and such a ham fisted sudden attempt to change all of our society against the wishes of the people. Sadly these people do not learn from history and think they can force an entire nation of angry ornery people to bend to their will. I doubt it will happen as they think. Hugs
