Unfortunately, in this modern day world, it’s whoever’s got the biggest GUNS that gets to speak the loudest, and the major players of the west (the United States) are competing with the majors of the east (Russia, China, AND N. Korea), and, all the rest of us, nobodies are all considered, “collateral damage” “acceptable losses” for the majors of the world to gain the most number of nuclear arms.
