I don’t regard any document as sacred, so I’m not going to differentiate between burning a comic and a religious text. But I do condemn the message of hate, especially when it’s the believer of one religion expressing hatred towards the believers of another. As the good reverend said, if you are going to be cautious of religious leaders, look to your own religion first.
Might I add that any political candidate who professes belief in one religion while hating another is more than likely to hold hatred towards other forms diversity as well, and is not fit for political office.

Republicans have been doing this since at least 2001 (after the plane crashes.) It’s theater. It’s hateful and disrespectful, but theater. Republicans don’t care.
