What Is “Biological Sex”? (With Viced Rhino)

Two guys talking about trans issues and biological sex really means. They address all the science on biology such as sexual orientation, gametes, chromosomes, intersex, and so much more. If you want to learn but not be overwhelmed this is the show to watch. Yes one of the guys has a female avatar. He is not trans, he is entirely a straight cis male who is into poly relationships, but it showcases how just making assumptions can be wrong. Hugs

REPORT: Docs May Have Had Payroll Info On US Spies

We are learning that the DOJ had video recordings of the storage area that caused them a lot of concern.  We see that these documents are very valuable to a foreign government.    Imagine the damage to nation security this information about who is a spy could cause.   The fact that trump is this careless with national secrets of the highest level really shows he shouldn’t ever have been president and must never be again.   Nor should any of his maga supporters in any elected office at any level.   It is well known that trump is in money troubles and that he faces over 600 million dollars of loans coming due this next year.   How much would any government give him for the spy information or the nation’s nuclear secrets?   Hugs

Newsweek reports:

In pursuing the unprecedented search of Donald Trump’s residence on Monday, the FBI was seeking to retrieve Top Secret and “compartmented” documents dealing with intelligence “sources and methods,” two federal government sources tell Newsweek—documents with the potential to reveal U.S. intelligence sources, including human sources on the American government payroll.

This greatly complicates any public discussion of the documents or any substantiation of Trump’s potential violation of U.S. law. The sources, who were briefed on the investigation, requested anonymity in order to discuss sensitive information.

The thing that pisses me off is that Garland (and Biden) knew he had these docs and wasted months negotiating with that mfer to get them back.

I read where tRump threatened Garland, saying he was making some of tRump’s friends very angry. Literally mob-like threats. He has all kinds of knowledge that he can use to blackmail the government and keep them from prosecuting him. He is the biggest threat to our democracy in American history.

It goes without saying that he only had those documents in order to sell them to the highest bidder, no matter who that might be.

This will get real ugly real quick. Most Republicans backed themselves in a corner, and actually do not support treason. But their lip flapping and now the evidence is going to put them in a quandary, and just before the midterms. Which is always a good thing.

Trump possibly could’ve had foreign powers look at those documents or he could’ve transmitted those documents to foreign powers. This is the very definition of treason.

If the Democrats are smart, and they usually are not, this would be the question they would ask their constituents. Is it OK to support a candidate who commits treason? There will always be the few who do. But the majority will not.

Trump Lawyer Told DOJ All Docs Had Been Returned

The New York Times reports:

At least one lawyer for former President Donald J. Trump signed a written statement in June asserting that all material marked as classified and held in boxes in a storage area at Mr. Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence and club had been returned to the government, four people with knowledge of the document said. The written declaration was made after a visit on June 3 to Mar-a-Lago by Jay I. Bratt, the top counterintelligence official in the DOJ’s national security division.

The existence of the signed declaration, which has not previously been reported, is a possible indication that Mr. Trump or his team were not fully forthcoming with federal investigators about the material. And it could help explain why a potential violation of a criminal statute related to obstruction was cited by the department as one basis for seeking the warrant used to carry out the daylong search of the former president’s home on Monday.

Armed Cultists Rally At Phoenix FBI Office [VIDEO]

Armed maga thugs, trump brownshirts, with the intent to intimidate the ones they are against / hate which in this case is law enforcement.   They did this to school board meetings over masks and Covid precautions, they have done this to the drag queen story hours, they have done this to schools / libraries over LGBTQ+ materials.   This is what open carry means to them.    The power to make others fearful.  They are the enforcement arm of the republican party, and the party loves to support them and to aim them at their enemies.   Scary and it is going to get worse.   Hugs

Phoenix’s Fox affiliate reports:

Signs reading “Honor your oath” and “Abolish FBI” were seen outside the FBI office in Phoenix on Aug. 13, just days after news broke that the agency searched former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home in Florida. Several of those who were there were armed with guns.

FBI agents seized classified records from Trump’s home during the agency’s unprecedented raid on Aug. 8, including some marked as top secret, according to a warrant and property receipt. Trump disputes the classification, saying the records have been declassified.

As someone posted on BB… if they were POC doing this, they would mostly be dead now.

What an incredible gift.

I have been getting more and more upset over the unstable power in our area.   Our power would go out for a few seconds then come back on or go on and off several times.   It seemed every time I was writing a long reply to a comment or doing a post that took a lot of research or thought, the power would go out.     I would lose everything.    I would scream.  I would have gnashing of teeth.   More important in our home lately it has been causing me to cry.    Keep that in mind.

Ron told me to go on Amazon and order battery backups for the computers.    I can take a computer apart and rebuild it, but math is something due to my upbringing I have very little ability to do.   I struggled with the math to know what I needed.   I was going from 1,500 systems to 2,500 systems to 5,000 systems.    As you can understand the prices were going up each time / system I looked at.   The last system I looked at was about 6 grand.   I just couldn’t even think of spending that to keep the computer systems running.   So I went back and forth on what I needed trying to keep it at a price we could afford.

A couple days ago I was having a bad day and the power went out for 10 seconds making me lose what I was doing.  I was really frustrated but I did not yell or scream, I simply called out to Ron that everything I was doing was gone, and yes I was near to tears.   James was up getting ready for work and asked why we did not just get a battery system for my desk set up.

I told him I wanted one and Ron said to get one, but it would cost too much money and Ron told him we were trying to figure out what to get or do.   James said he had a couple of days off in the morning and he would fix this.   The next morning James read all the power draws, used Ron’s expensive meter that can tell what power draw was coming through an electrical line, and figured out what was needed.   Then Ron and James looked at the equipment in my office and even went to look at the circuit breaker for the main power line that powers my set up.  Yes my computer set up is on its own line.   Then him and Ron went on to the computer on our Amazon account.    James figured out the amount of power I needed to run my system for what I was wanting and that to get two identical systems was cheaper than buying one bigger unit.   So we bought what he told us we needed.   Now I was trying to run the systems for a few minutes to keep from losing anything.   Like I said math and I are not friends.   But James found that we need a lot less a system than I thought, and he figured out we could get one for each computer set up and a third smaller one for the modem and router.   So they ordered it.   About $500 dollars of equipment.   Far less than I was figuring it would cost.

This morning Ron came to me saying he needed me to check his foot.   He felt there was something like a splinter in it.   Oh yes, there was a black spot on his heel.  When I touched he yelped.   Shit.   He thought it was a splinter.   He wanted me to dig it out.   In the old days I did.   But I don’t see as well as I used to, and my hands are shakier due to diabetes so we asked James if he would look at it.  Two hours later after foot soaks and cutting Ron’s heel and trying to pull that metal sliver out James said he got as much as he could, but he was worried there was more there.  We all agreed that Ron should go to the convenient / urgent care that is in our area.

So while James, who had been up since yesterday, took Ron to the doctor I got on my computer to answer comments which were now about three days old.  I did some and because of what they were took a lot of time.

When the left they noticed the boxes carrying the new battery system on the steps.   James carried them in, yelling at Ron when he tried to carry one himself.  Hey Ron has a sliver in his foot and is an old diabetic while James is a 30 year old man.

The guys came home.   The doctors there took x-rays, and James had gotten most of the metal out.   He did an excellent job.   They got the rest.   So the guys came home.

Rather than go to bed James then took apart my entire desk system.   See when Ron and I set this desk up the desk we bought had a “tray” under neither to run the wires in.   I thought that was great and did not think it through, so I ran all the wires / power cords in these trays and looped them around back and forth so that they were short and intertwined with each other.   Several times when I needed to get to a cable from a piece of equipment it caused a big problem.

So remember James had been up for almost 24 hours, but that is something he does often, and no we don’t understand how he does it.  So when he and Ron got home James asked me if I wanted him to set up the battery backup system.  I asked him if he wanted to sleep first, and he said no.  The answer was no.  He was ready to go.   So I shut down all of my systems.

I thought he was just going to unhook the power cords and plug them into these new wonderful machines.   Nope.   He took apart the entire system.   He reconnected everything, and all that mess I had made of the wiring he redid with new Velcro straps.   He sorted and separated wires and nearly 6 hours later he asked me to come back and test the system.

Understand what I am saying.   James disconnected all my two computer systems, all the speakers, all the video, microphone systems, my sound board, the two separate USB charging / computer input systems, and the other interconnected systems I have.  He took all the wiring I had run under the desk out; he undid the wrapping around itself I did to shorten the cables.  I had three multiple breaker bars to supply the needed power and the sound systems.  He took my entire system apart.   All without sleep.

Then he started putting it all back together with the new back-up systems.  My dogs that love gravy, the new systems he had us buy wouldn’t just run everything plugged into it for the few minutes I had figured out but for several hours.  Plus, he got a smaller secondary unit that would run the modem and router for hours.  But more importantly he redid the wires on my desk making everything look so much better and so much cleaner.       It gave me more desk space. Odie was so upset he ran down and hid in my bathroom.

So that is where today is.  It is now 9:30 PM.   Ron is making me my supper.  I am tired and want to go to bed.   But I wanted you all to know why I had not replied to the comments you left.   Hugs.

Librarian Sues Anti-LGBTQ Activists For Defamation

I want to point out a few facts that seem to hard for the rabid right maga to understand.   Anal sex is not gay.    Not all gay people want anal sex.   A lot of straight couples practice both female and male anal sex because the anal cavity has a lot of nerves that can be pleasurable stimulated and in fact the male “g” spot is up in the butt.   In fact there were reports of teen girls preferring to do anal with their boyfriends as they thought it kept them virgins and reduced the risk of them getting pregnant.   The idea against anal sex is a religious one as it is not sex for procreation but for fun.   The horror of that idea, sex for fun.   These people that are trying to prevent anyone from getting anal sex are also against anyone getting a blow job, because again that is sex for fun.   I really wish the US would break away from that damn 1600 Puritan way of thinking about the human body and sex.    Hugs

The Hill reports:

A librarian in Louisiana filed a lawsuit against two men and a conservative organization, alleging they defamed her when they attacked her for supporting the teaching of books involving the LGBTQ community.

Amanda Jones, a middle school librarian and the president of the Louisiana Association of School Librarians, alleged in the lawsuit that a “public campaign” against her started after she spoke out against removing certain books from the Livingston Parish Library system at a board meeting.

The lawsuit also alleges that Ryan Thames, who runs a Facebook page called “Bayou State of Mind,” posted a meme of Jones on or around July 21, showing her smiling and sitting behind a desk and saying that she advocated teaching anal sex to 11-year-olds.

And many straights who are. In fact, I’d wager that most of the “sodomy” that’s being “committed” is happening among straights since they represent more than 90% of the population compared to little old us.

16 year girls can “keep” their virginity by letting their boyfriend butt fuck her.
And, no worry about pregnancy either.

billbear1961 • 3 hours ago

We were 12 and 13, I think, when they told us about the “birds and the bees” in our final year of elementary school and first year of junior high. Anal sex, what it was, was among MANY things we were told about. Nothing was “advocated”–we were told what things were, not how to DO them. As for younger children, say 5 to 10 years old, I would imagine that, especially if they ASKED, you’d tell them some men have boyfriends instead of girlfriends, and they can marry and raise a family; and some women have girlfriends instead of boyfriends, and THEY can ALSO marry and raise a family. There’s nothing very complicated about ANY of this, and nothing SINISTER, except when dishonest people PRETEND there is, and the sly media fan the flames for the sake of sensationalism.

So, in the minds of the cultists, teaching children that LGBT people exist is tantamount to teaching anal sex to children. That’s their “argument.” Good for this librarian for hitting back.

Trump’s latest defense for Mar-a-Lago documents is everyone ‘brings home their work from time to time’ and the files were automatically declassified

There are steps that must be taken to declassify material and it cannot be done with a standing order, handwaving, or trump bellowing “Mine, my precious”.   In fact the president cannot declassify some nuclear secrets.   Also remember that trump lost both the clearance a president has and his right to intelligence briefings because Biden said he was erratic.   The fact is this is a national security matter.  He had these documents that were highly classified improperly stored and he is known to be associating with two foreign government that desperately want those documents, Russia and Saudi Arabia.  Some of the documents are so secret thatthe FBI plans to dust them for prints.        Hugs

Former President Donald Trump in the Oval Office.

Former President Donald Trump in the Oval Office.

  • Trump’s new explanation for Mar-a-Lago documents is that “everyone ends up having to bring home their work from time to time.”
  • Trump claimed he had a “standing order” to declassify documents “the moment” they left the Oval Office.
  • The DOJ is investigating whether Trump broke three laws when he took government records to Mar-a-Lago.

Former President Donald Trump said that everyone takes work home sometimes, as he sought to develop a new line to explain why top secret government documents were stored at his Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida.

“As we can all relate to, everyone ends up having to bring home their work from time to time. American presidents are no different,” said the statement from Trump’s office on Friday night read out on Fox News.

Trump further claimed that he had a “standing order” to declassify documents “the moment” they left the Oval Office.

“President Trump, in order to prepare for work the next day, often took documents, including classified documents, from the Oval Office to the residence. He had a standing order that documents removed from the Oval Office and taken into the residence were deemed to be declassified the moment he removed them,” the statement said.

It claimed that the power to classify and declassify documents rests solely with the president and that he did not need approval from a “paper-pushing bureaucrat.”

This new defense – portraying Trump as just another hard-working American – contradicts previous statements by Trump and his lawyers that baselessly claimed the FBI could have planted evidence while on site.

While the president has the authority to declassify documents, legal experts say they must follow a defined procedure. It is not clear if Trump ever did.

“He can’t just wave a wand and say it’s declassified,” Richard Immerman, a historian and an assistant deputy director of national intelligence in the Obama administration, told NBC News. “There has to be a formal process. That’s the only way the system can work.”

Immerman noted that declassified documents are marked with the date they were declassified. It is not the case with some of the documents returned from Mar-a-Lago to the National Archives this year, per NBC.

When reports of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago emerged in May, former Trump administration official Kash Patel claimed that Trump had declassified the files shortly before leaving office but that the classified markings had not been removed.

When searching Mar-a-Lago, FBI agents recovered 11 sets of classified documents, some of which were marked top-secret.

The Department of Justice is investigating whether Trump broke three laws, including the Espionage Act, when he took government records to Mar-a-Lago after he left office, according to the warrant unsealed on Friday.

One of the laws relates to removing information about the US’s national defense, and the other two relate to the concealment or destruction of government records.

The possible crimes being investigated do not depend on the classification of the documents.

“Because the Espionage Act speaks in terms of national defense information, it leaves open the possibility that such information could be unclassified as long as an agency is still taking steps to protect it from disclosure,”  Steven Aftergood, who runs the Project on Government Secrecy at the Federation of American Scientists in Washington, told The New York Times.
