Hello Ali. It was great. Especially considering all he had was a hot plate running off our generator to make it. Ron is a good cook. He hates that he doesn’t trust his own sense of taste now, but I tell him he does great. He now always wants me to do the seasonings and to advise him. I think he worries too much, he is a grand cook. Hugs
I bet he’s got good muscle memory on seasoning, even when he can’t taste what he’s done. Still, I ask DH to taste stuff; I tend to not add salt as a matter of course though there is plenty of flavor, and sometimes, something needs some salt. That said, if I think it needs salt, it’s really bland!!
