  1. And, guess, who is the, one, supporting Israel…and that makes U.S., responsible, for ALL the, civilians who died, are currently dying, and, will DIE, as the conflict in the Gaza Strip, continues.

    1. Hi taurusingemini. Yes I understand Biden has a bad take on this and he is letting Israeli commit genocide. But he doesn’t have a lot of leverage and in the US the Israeli lobby is huge with millions to bring against any candidate who displease them. They knocked off one Democrat who spoke out already in a blue state and replaced him with a pro Israel one.

Here is the real deal, the brass tacks of it, the bottom line. Biden is working hard to get a peace deal and get Israel to kill less people. tRump has already shown and said he does care about the Palestinians and will let Israel do what ever it wants taking over Gaza and the West Bank. His son-in-law Jared when in the White House under tRump said how great the beachfront property in Gaza would be for resorts and hotels as soon as Israel got rid of the Palestinians! They held peace negotiations that did not include Palestinians.

So tell me which is better for Paleistains and ending the war / killing / genocide Biden who is trying or tRump who told Israel to get rid of the Palestinians so they could have the land? I would really like your answer. The choice is one or the other. Hugs. Scottie

  2. From Roger

There may be only one solution marginally better, and that is that people who are against these wars get unconditionally behind those in Israel who are against the wars and seek the downfall of the current government.

Failure to have done this on previous occasions have been missed opportunities.

Short of an overwhelming unconditional conventional war using all weaponry to hand the only way to change a nation is from within.

(PS: Sending you this in case any other attempts don’t work.

WP has really screwed up this time.

When I log in most of my information is missing, and there’s no access to posts or anyone’s replies either to my posts or replies to my replies.

I did contact the Engineers whose AI promptly told me it could not help.

By good chance I think I can access by e-mail notifications.

Hope to find someway to repair this myself WP is no use to me. Sorry I can’t reply to your replies to me, not at present anyway

    All the best Scottie.

    1. Hello Roger. Sorry to hear of your struggles with WordPress. As you know their changes have made the kind of posting I do to be hard and miserable. And yes they don’t care. it is so frustrating.

I did not know there was much internal strife in Israel. It is not being covered here much. I though dissent against the war was illegal in Israel, with the one professor that was protesting and trying to get the word out, jailed, harmed, lost his job, and was made a villain in the country? The only video I seen was Israeli young guys trashing aid trucks and supplies with the military / police consent.

Don’t worry about replies. Get your situation fixed. I will always be here for you. Hugs. Scottie

      1. I’m back Scottie 😀✌️.
By trial and error and downloading the WP App. (which I am using now)

There is much division in Israel but it’s not as simple as War No-War.
        1. There are the movements which want to know, how the hell the 6th October happened on this governments watch?
        2. There are the families of the victims and hostages who are angry.
        3. The Ultra-Orthodox Jews previously exempt from military service may well be forced into the army. They are not happy.
        4. There are Women’s Rights groups and LGBT+ groups who are at odds with the Conservatives and Extremists who inaddition to crushing the Palestinians want women back in ‘their places’ and LGBT made criminal.

It is a far from united nation and the war has underscored that. True there is a lot of feeling which has to be seen as anger against any sign of accomodation with the Palestinians. This has been there for about 120 years, this is one of the most serious erruptions, but to repeat Israel is split along other issues and is thus not united.
