  1. Hi. About the social security disability watchdog, fines etc. It’s true. My husband’s claim was riddled with made up errors and charged with fake overpayments of benefits that were multiplied x2 and some x3. amounting to $99,000.00 that was claimed to be owed back by us. We were told his claim was “lost” when a review committee was requested to review his SSDI claim in 2019. Lied to by local office to convince us to withdraw from ALJ pending hearing on this matter, told us a waiver of overpayment of benefits, previously denied on this topic and its issues, had now been approved and was at a processing center for payment to my husband. After we withdrew from hearing, the “approved waiver “was no longer approved.

    1. Hello Gail. I am sorry that happened to you. I also had a hearing because on my paperwork there was a discrepancy. If they had told me we could have cleared it up. At my hearing, the vocational person said there were really no jobs I could do with my physical limitations and other health concerns. But it was nerve racking and right down to the line. Is there anyway you can take it to court? Hugs
