    1. Hi Ali. I sure hope so. I remember being a gay kid in the 1970s in a small backwater cow town. All I heard constantly was how evil and bad gay people were. The funny thing was I was told it was gay people who raped kids but I had been being raped by cis straight people all my life since I was 3 years old. One teacher set me up to receive a beating from a kid twice my size because he felt I was gay even though I was not out. The hate was thick. I don’t want the kids today to go through what I did, but the “Christian Big Money Hate Groups” do want that future / or return to that past. It is very bitter for me to see the US go from kids welcomed for being themselves in school and schools having anti-bulling programs to a return to what I went through. It hurts Ali, I hurt for them. Hugs
