   1. Hi Roger. No tRump is an incredibly bad businessman who managed to bankrupt three casinos. He is so egotistical that he thinks his stupidity is instead genius. He is so sure that tariffs are paid by other countries and a huge revenue source for the US because he can’t accept that the tariffs are a tax on the public that makes prices higher. Every policy that tRump has enacted has increased prices on the public from food to health care costs. The cuts to food assistance to the lower incomes is hurting the farmers that sold that foods at the same time as tRump’s tariff wars have caused other companies to stop ordering farm goods. As the video says loans have soared and in fact in the US today people are taking loans for grocers. Yet the wealthy are terrified over Zohran Mamdani’s idea of having city run non-profit grocery stores in places where for profit stores won’t locate because the people are lower income. The upper incomes are killing the goose that lays the golden egg by making it produce to much gold at once rather than space it out in the race to see who can have the largest fortunes on paper. 600 million is not good enough so raise the rents or prices on people struggling now to get to 610 million. It won’t change the life of the millionaire but will destroy the life of the lower incomes.

      1. One side or the other will betray. Trump will default to wealth and mask it, or from the lower ranks The MAGA will thus grow disenchanted with the upper reaches of the Republicans and then things will get messier. This is the fate of ‘revolutions’.

         I was sorry to read about your week Scottie and can fully understand. Health, personal circumstances and outside news can bring a great burden and pain into Life.
         I too go into a withdrawals from the outside world and run on a sort of automatic while I focus my concerns on my family.
         These are tough and wretched times. Hope and Faith being tested to their limits.

         These are times for doing The Best You Can, As You Can, When You Can, and How You Can, and sometimes that defaults to simply getting through the day.
