We saw it coming. WE knew it was going to happen.
Now to those who thought that Not Voting for the Democrats no matter how flawed they were, as opposed to voting for them simply to stop the Nightmare that is the Trump Court. How is that working out for you?
Hi Roger. I agree. Far too many people listened to their rage emotions and hate rather than the more reasoned thinking push by the democrats. Kamala warned repeatedly that our democracy was at stake and they refused to be bothered by facts or swayed by reason. The facts don’t care about your feelings crowd got their feelings hurt so they ignored the facts. But the problem was not all on the voters, the fact is Biden / Harris refused to listen to the people. tRump was pretending to listen to the crowds he was ranting to. The older 30 years of losing democratic strategist leading the campaign insisted on staying with the big money donors and AIPAC rather than listen to the desperately shouting younger people who wanted to be heard. Thanks for staying with the comments despite I have not been able to reply lately. I am trying to do better. Best wishes. Hugs
Hi Scottie.
We are beset by the irrationality of emotions when hard pragmatic viewpoints are needed. Considering the chaos on his first tenure and the extremist views being espoused by Trump and his court, the default position for many in vulnerable, minority or liberal communities should have been Any Body But Trump.
Regrettably in this age Choice is becoming limited. Biden and Harris had flaws and shortcomings…..but…..look at the state of the nation now.
Don’t worry about replying Scottie. Life intervenes with its more pressing concerns. I have not been around as much as I would prefer.
