They are trying to defame her

  1. Perfectly spoken. My thoughts exactly. I’ve begun just passing through the emotional halls, as it were, of every day terrorists taking out the most llikely customers, the already vulnerable, the young, the mom with kids in the car (and the dog which they shoot first)–if it hasn’t happened yet, give it a week–and we live in the country where this has become standard. What’s next? Some old lady with a walker? Never know, that might be a hidden bomb in there…we’re beginning to see, I suspect, decent human beings quietly stepping down from positions of public power and who can blame them.

    1. Hi Judy. We have already seen an ICE agent on a rooftop shoot a pepper ball into the forehead of a peacefully protesting priest. ICE gang thugs seem unable and untrained in how to handle or deal with their anger. It is shocking to me as a once trained auxiliary sheriff’s deputy to see how quickly and often these Gestapo show and act on their anger. They also seem to think that any disagreement of them, any hesitation in obeying their every demand is an illegal act of its own. Scary times. Hugs

      1. I think our beloved president is stirring up anger in a great many people who have never be able to express it before. He gives them permission to beat the tar out of anyone who annoys them. And the words “untrained” and “unable” are key. It’s okay if the President says so. Sigh. He;s the least trained of the batch.

        1. Hi Judy. I agree. Roger left a comment on a different post that he is worried that shadow groups or tRump cult members will use stealth / darkness / or shadows to jump out and attack anyone who disagrees with their dear leader. Roger said he felt that tRump cult members will start targeting anyone who disagrees with their cult leader with violence. Roving gangs out to assault everyone they disagree with as long as they can overwhelm or do it them being in a situation of losing. Hugs

          1. This is the thing I’ve been concerned over, like Roger: that the J6ers (not the ones who got up to DC, but the ones in place throughout the states to take up the local fight should DC have planned out as they hoped) will begin just walking around with impunity, starting arguments then shooting. So far, so good, but still. It’s a thing of which to be aware.

We had whispers of such things locally during the COVID lockdown.

Actually, we had whispers of such things after the invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan. We had were several non-deadly less-than-legal incidents, back then. When people feel enabled and encouraged to take out their aggression on others, they’re gonna do it. And this is why I keep saying that we have to reach out to and even take care of our neighbors. If things get as bad as they potentially can get under these circumstances, we’ll all need each other locally, for protection and survival. I learned a great deal during studies of nazism and the Holocaust, and this was the top survival tip: think ahead, and make good friends with people. Be the person they’ll never report to authorities.

            1. That’s supposed to be, “had DC have panned out as they hoped.” It was panned all the way until I hit Reply. Just as I had to fix both in this reply, each three times. Sheesh.
