Ron flew to Texas on Saturday. We used Uber to take him. He is driving his sister back here. They should be here tomorrow. I need a few days of rest then I will start replying to comments and bogging again. Hugs

Hi Ali. Thank you. Ron and Diane got back on Tuesday early afternoon and I was very happy to see them. I had hurt myself badly on Sunday and I was sick from not eating but taking extra medication to help with the pain. Also I was not sleeping being awake most of the night. So when they got him I was sick to my stomach and in so much pain I stayed in bed the entire day. Today is better but I am struggling with pain to the point where I can only sit in my chair a couple of hours at a time and have to keep going to lie down. I still have to do the video of Ron’s operation which I hope to do by or on Saturday. I need to rest a few more days, and I want to reply to all the wonderful comments before I start to post again. Plus everything is messed up at Diane’s place which needs Ron’s full attention. Oh and thank you for pushing me to get signed up for Uber. It made getting Ron to the airport super easy. Hugs

Hi MDavis. Yes it made me smile as well. Ron has something going on with him that makes him zone out somewhat. For example Diane and I noticed that Ron doesn’t keep a constant speed when driving but will suddenly just lose speed. He also has started slowing down when he approaches intersections even if he has a green light and traffic is moving. When Diane and I pointed it out he got defensive and said he did not know why he was doing it. But if you read the reply I made to Ali you will see I was not eating for the days Ron was gone, and I hurt myself badly on Sunday. I lifted several things far too heavy for me and I had no business doing it. I did not realize how bad it was until later in that day when I was suddenly in crippling pain. I started taking extra medication to handle the pain which over two days made me sick to my stomach as I was not eating. When Ron got home and realized I had only eaten two slices of toast in 48 hours he was very upset, but I just did not feel up to it. The pain was too great and my stomach too upset. Ron is helping me here at home and trying to help his sister as everything is messed up at her new house.
My plan is to take a few days resting my back and on Friday I have my allergy shots which take most of the morning. I hope by Saturday to do a video on Ron’s operation. My plan is by the end of the weekend to reply to all the grand comments I got over the last month that due to everything I was doing I just couldn’t get to. Then hopefully by monday I hope to get back to doing the cartoons / memes / news updates again. I love doing them and there should be plenty of new cartoons I can post.
