ICE is out of control gang thugs that feel they do not have to follow any rules or laws. They are an authority unto themselves and that might makes right. One person in one interview said that ICE are racists who feel the US is in great danger as the white population declines and the non-white population increases. Also they are rounding up and holding other children instead of sending them to family services and other family members as the law requires. They are just breaking laws and using kids as pawns.
