I am reading / hearing clips of a lot of pushback, especially in sports media that ICE is not going after the worst of the worst and instead is going after only hardcore murderers, rapists, predators, or other violent criminals. These people reject any mention or idea that ICE is targeting people who came here legally or have asylum, or even that they are detaining children. They simply watch only their right wing media bubble which lies to them or they are paid / make their clicks supporting the right wing talking points. So I post this with the question what crime did this child do against others? Because we can see the crime being committed against him. There is a video at the link below. Hugs
Ramos’ mother addressed his deteriorating health earlier this week: “Liam is getting sick because the food they receive is not of good quality,” she told MPR News on Monday. “He has stomach pain, he’s vomiting, he has a fever and he no longer wants to eat.”
Liam Conejo Ramos, the pre-school student who ICE agents in Minneapolis nabbed last week and shipped off to a Texas detention facility with his dad, is in poor health now, according to his school’s superintendent.
Zena Stenvik, the superintendent for Ramos’ Columbia Heights public school district, told HuffPost that she spoke to the 5-year-old’s mother on Tuesday.
“Unfortunately, Liam’s health is not doing great right now,” said Stenvik. “He’s been ill. I’ve been told he has a fever. So I’m very, very concerned about his well-being in that facility.”
His mother is also “incredibly distraught,” she said.

Marc Prokosch, the family’s attorney, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Ramos and his father, Adrian Alexander Conejo Arias, are being held at the South Texas Family Residential Center in Dilley, Texas. This is despite Arias entering the country legally and having no criminal record, according to Prokosch. Late Tuesday, a federal judge temporarily blocked federal immigration officials from deporting Ramos and Arias, for now.
The conditions at the Texas facility where Ramos is being held are “absolutely abysmal,” according to attorney Eric Lee, who represents other families being held there.
“They mix baby formula with water that is putrid. The food has bugs in it. The guards are often verbally abusive,” Lee told Minnesota Public Radio on Monday. “One of my clients had appendicitis, collapsed in the hallway, was vomiting from pain, and the officials told him, ‘Take a Tylenol and come back in three days.’”

Reps. Joaquin Castro (D-Texas) visited the Texas ICE facility on Wednesday to meet with children and families being held there, including Ramos and his dad.
He posted a photo on social media after meeting with them. It shows Ramos either sleeping or lying weakly in his father’s arms, as Castro stands with them:

“Just visited with Liam and his father at Dilley detention center,” Castro wrote. “I demanded his release and told him how much his family, his school, and our country loves him and is praying for him.”
In a separate video, the Texas Democrat said he spent 30 minutes with Ramos and his dad. He said the 5-year-old “wasn’t in any kind of emergency or anything, physically,” but that he shared the photo of them together so people could see the state he’s in.
“His dad said he hasn’t been himself and he’s been sleeping a lot, because he’s been depressed and sad,” said Castro. “Liam actually was not awake during our visit.”
According to Alison Gill of the Daily Beans news podcast the food where this boy is kept is rotten and bug ridden, there is no temperature controls, the conditions are horrific on purpose so that people will self deport or agree to deportation just to get relief from the torture they are enduring. Also they are rounding up and holding other children instead of sending them to family services and other family members as the law requires. They are just breaking laws and using kids as pawns. We still never recovered and found the kids they stole and sold the first tRump term. Those kids and their parents will never be reunited. That is child trafficking and the maga don’t care. Hugs
ICE and Vance both lied about what happened. The head of the school was there, the teachers were there, and the mother was there. Yet they took the child. Why? Is the bonus on a child worth putting a five yr old in jail, because that is what being detained by ICE is, jail. The father they took was here legally following the proper steps for citizenship. But the racist don’t want brown kids here they don’t want brown fathers or mothers here. ICE sent the boy and his father to Texas so the mother and others couldn’t help either of them. Hugs
Watch the clip of pure violence against the observer who is 20 feet from the ICE thugs. The thug that assaults him has to run to get him. But the thug tactics are working, see how far the woman backs up while constantly saying she is not impeding. She is too far away to see the thugs beat the person they are detaining. ICE doesn’t want to be filmed breaking the laws. But the observer who was beaten up, he got it on his phone and may have had his phone destroyed as seems to be the new ICE tactic. In another clip a little girl was simply abandoned in the street by ICE thugs who took her parent. Hugs
The video below shows another shooting where the ICE thug fired into a car striking a person when he shifted his weapon to his other hand. The car was not moving and full of pepper spray. The man was not trying to drive. Yet ICE told a judge the man had weaponized his vehicle in an attempt to run over ICE thugs. The judge dismissed the case because ICE refused to hand over the body cam footage that showed what the ICE thug did and that DHS was lying. Again. Hugs
ICE is not following any police procedures or laws. They are disregarding all civil right granted by law or the constitution. ICE white supremacist gang thugs believe they have no restraint or can be held accountable in any way. I see their criminal actions in almost every clip and the way they use their weapons is horribly wrong. I was trained in pepper spray and can tell you that we had to be sprayed to be certified. I can bet none of them did. Because they wouldn’t do it at point-blank range as then it is no longer nonlethal but very lethal. In this clip a woman describes being picked up by ICE and harmed, harassed, taunted, threatened, and she is a citizen. She said ICE had no qualms about detaining her nor harming her. Plus ICE is proudly damaging people’s cars and phones and there is no one to go to for repairment. So the citizen must pay the costs for the ICE thug’s temper tantrums. Land of the free much? Hugs
Remember the clip I posted of the house invasion yesterday? Well this is the full clip. With no warrant ICE gang thugs broke into the home that had kids in it, stormed the house like they were in a war zone going after enemy combatants, and manhandled the woman and her kids. This is not police behavior, and it is not legal. But what can a person do if twenty heavily armed guys broke into your home? Where are the police who are to be protecting the public from gangs like this. No one knows who these guys are, they could be there to rob someone or rape them. Maybe traffic the kids? Who knows. I am tired of this. These armed criminal gang thugs are not going into bad areas, areas with other gangs, areas that they might be hurt, they are going after suburban parents and homes with kids?
